Project Description

As a part of the course "Human Centered design and Innovations" in collaboration with 3 other mates from the class pursued this project. We looked out for problems encountered by mothers in general, later focusing on immigrant mothers. We realized that Immigrant mothers were facing problems in preparing baby food while working after we did preliminary research and many ethnographic interviews. To solve this problem, we came up with a cafe "Motheraroma" where we provide ethnic food both for babies and mothers along with easy bibs to keep the place clean. The cafe also has a play area for kids, private rooms for mothers and a place to interact with other mothers.
