Project Description

During this project we brainstormed among a team of two and facilitated detection of quality related problems in assembly line unit of compactors. Tabulated and analysed the assembly line and quality problems in the fabricated compactors in the assembly line. Reported and assessed impact of quality issues along with assembly related problems enhancing production rate by 9 percent.
